Before I started really taking fitness seriously, I thought I had it all figured out. Boy was I wrong. I hit a wall where a bunch of stuff just happened all at once. I started to notice how taking care of my fitness and nutrition carried over to the rest of my life.
Essentially, by being influenced by movers and shakers who chased their dreams or aspired to be the best at what they do, it made me want to do big things too and be a helper in the world of wellness.
When I ate more vegetables, protein sources, and drank more water, it cleaned up my nutrition. When I progressed in my strength training, it made me feel better mentally and physically.
I realized that fitness in a nutshell, and everything that came with it made me feel better in the times when I felt like it was just me against the world.
I started making moves to get into the industry. Here is a clip from a podcast I was on, in September 2018 that goes into the story a little bit.
