Chris is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. In addition to his Edmonton-based training business, he works for A-Team Fitness based in Michigan as an online coach and he works for BSimpson Fitness based in New York.
Host of Chasing Common Ground: Lifestyle Conversations with Chris Liddle, Chris has been networking with and learning from people all over the world for several years now.
Chris primarily trains in person clients at Evolve Strength South. He offers 1 on 1 personal training as well as partner training. Chris has worked with groups and organizations for fitness consulting and group events or instruction.
